Online Payment Orders
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email from Shopify with your order number. When your order is dispatched, a second email with your tracking link will be sent automatically.
1.Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Shopify or Furnexa.
2.Open the shipping confirmation email and click View your order or the tracking link.
3.You'll see your live delivery status directly on the courier's site.
WhatsApp / Cash on Delivery Orders
All updates for your WhatsApp order are sent directly in your chat with us — including confirmation, dispatch notification, and estimated delivery date.
1.Open WhatsApp and find your conversation with Furnexa.
2.Your order status and tracking number will be shared there once dispatched.
